Coco Worm QT

I am being given a coco worm. Question is on QTing it? I have never had one before so not sure how they do in QT. I understand they cannot be dipped.

What about best placement in the DT? Its a 180 gal tank with pretty stable water parameters.

Nobody know what to do as far as quarantining a coco worm? I usually QT EVERYTHING but I have been reading not to QT these?
