collection problem? or disease

helping a friend to ask this,

Hi, Recently Both of his 1month old lineatus seems to have swimming bladder problem, it starts to swim around in circle and could not control itself.At the same time, its still trying to feed. after awhile the first lineatus pass away. days later the 2nd lineatus behaving the same way.. and also pass away after a few days.

p/s both lineatus were purchased from different lfs from a different shipment

If they were both purchased from different places, I'd have to think there is something wrong with your friends water chemistry.

This is just a thought from the little information posted.
