Nice collection, I love shrooms too. You can consider adding LED lights enhance the colors of the shrooms.

I thought of that but i see an upgrade in the future, especially since I am running out of room and now have to put them into my mixed reefs which is also packed.

In your second post, what are the mushrooms in the 3rd pic in the far right called? (there's two in the pic) they're kinda orange/brown colored..

I think I have the same thing.. mine glow green under my led light nigts though. I've been trying to sell a few of them but nobody wants a brown shroom and they're impossible to get a picture of at night.. Do yours glow green too?

Those are Discosoma. The picture does a poor job at showing their true color. Here is a picture that was taken by the seller. Let me know if these are the ones you are talking about. The sellers picture is how they look in person. When comparing my pic and the sellers you can see a huge difference. I need a better camera and light.

Awesome collection. I remember about 2 years ago, you can get a nice colony of purple mushrooms for around $25 to $40. My friend even bought a nice colony for $15 at a lfs. Now they are being sold individually for >$10 per mushroom.

Does anybody know why?

I dont know.. I do remeber this though..

I used to have about 30-40 polyps of them and it was no big deal. Over time, I got rid of them/lost them and now its impossible to get them back without paying an arm and a leg for them!
