Color in RBTA

My rose anemone has been getting lighter for about 6 months. Why is this? It almost looks bleached out.

Here is a little bit about my tank. 3 years old mixed reef. 250w 14k Phoenix bulbs with t5 actinics.

Calcium 390
Nitrates under 5
Temp 78
Salinity 1.026

I don't have a test kit for phosphates.

I feed once to twice a week with mysis shrimp. I just squirt mysis all over the RBTA and they stick. At each feeding they are getting at least 5 to 7 mysis. So I don't think it's a food thing.

did you try feeding it?, are you supplementing it with amino acid, vitamins?

How old are your bulbs?

What size tank? How tall? Where is the RBTA in the tank? In a shadow, or low-light area? High up and too much light? A picture would help also, as there is a broad spectrum of healthy RBTA colors.
