i have firefish and a ywg in my other tank so i want something different.
Sorry for being stubborn

Royal gramma....can't get more colorful than that. Neon goby is small, but colorful. C.parasema damsel is pretty and not too aggressive, but add it last, b/c they can be a bit more pushy in small tanks.

Neon Cleaner Goby, Green Band Goby, Yasha Hase, Geometric Pygmy Hawk (Plectranthias inermis), Bangaii Cardinal (not colorful per se, but a striking pattern), various Pseudochromis (Arabian, Bicolor, Royal, ORA Indigo, etc), Wormfish, Bicolor Blenny, Mimic Blenny...

looks awesome any special care needed and are they aggressive?

Skip 'em, they have a pretty poor survival rate in aquaria.

catalina goby very striking color

Unless he's doing a cold water tank I wouldn't recommend it.
