There really was no specific outcome, those who expressed interest in taking over leadership roles we unable to attend. There ended up being 4 people in attendance.
We will acess club funds and set a date for a membership drive and push forward for the rest of the year. The member ship drive will be the deciding factor for the outcome of the club. If there is not a contingent membership, then there is no COMAS as we know it. In the worst possible outcome COMAS will become a facebook Group and the Equipment and Books will be loaned out on a Library/Deposit basis. The frag Tank will continue to be maintained and the frags will be given out on a barter type system, for every frag you take you will be expected to return one at a future date. With exceptions being made for losses that are bound to happen.

Im afraid you are laboring under a misapprehension, im not helping "lead" any club. I sponsor the FaceBook group and help them when asked. Same as I did for COMAS over the last few years.
This year I wasn't asked to sposnor COMAS, and I totally get the reason for that. The LT are burned out and dont want to do it- no one wants to help. I get it, I was there for several years when no one wanted to take over from me when I was president.
With that being said, if no one is going to run the club.. then something should be done with the equiment, the library books, the frag tank system and whatever funds remain in the bank.
Right now you are the only one doing anything in regards keeping the club alive- so I guess that decision rests on your shoulders.

If disolution of the club is in the future, I propose an auction of club possessions. Then proceeds could go to a charitable org, perhaps the faux reef builder in FL.
Though, if you can recruit a LT, you can revitalize the club. The climate has changed and needs are different so you have to be willing to adapt. But, it can be done.

I missed the last meeting where we discussed moving forward, I know there were a couple of us that were willing to take the reigns.
I could not get by on that day due to being out of town and the last I heard was we would discuss it again durin a membership drive, which to date has not even been planned.
I would happily pay my and my families membership (4) if we could ever get it back together, until then the only option most of us have is to embrace the new facebook group.
