Combining Calcium\Nitrate\Phosphate reactors all together

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has attempted this before. Ive got a Calcium Reactor, Nitrate Reactor and a Phosphate Reactor each single chamber. I was wondering whether or not you could plumb\connect all three together in line.

Im aware that they have different flow requirements. Ie. Nitrate and Calcium like slow flow. Phosphate likes fast. But obviously these could be adjusted say Phosphate is the first chamber hit with high flow and then tapped off to slow down at the point of Nitrate\Calcium.

Thoughts? Concerns? Ideas?

As you said, they have different flow rates, requirements, etc. What exactly are you attempting to achieve? Less tube? Less power? Less pumps?

It would be better to use a common feed source that is branched out, and allow the flow through each to be adjusted. Branching off of your return pump for example works out well.

Hi Eric. Yeah basically wanting to reduce the foot print \ pumps \ noise. Thought this would be a better way to do it but wasnt sure if others have. I like your setup. It looks good.

How does it work with a PH controller as obviously both the calcium reactor and the nitrate reactor have different PH values. Would this cause issues?
