Question..

If i was to make a combo rock..

Take ZOA/PALY A put on same rock as ZOA/PALY B morph to ZOA/PALY C?

The reason i ask is i saw a thread.. about a greenbay packer with a eagle eye made a Kaleidoscope paly..

was bored was thinking about backyard breeding..

imput thanks..

interestin thought, i dont think you'd get the results your thinking of personally.
I've recently done a little search/read on breeders using syringes to extract palytoxins from one strain and injecting into another thus creating a "frankenstein" type morph.
quite honestly it made sence to me only because of the high numbers of hobbiest zoas/palys vs what you see in the wild.

Please guys don't believe everything you hear. Palytoxin is not what a zoa/paly gets it's color from for starters.

Alex, I would probably only do splicing, like splicing a PurpleDeath with a Nuclear green. This has done before.

I'm planning to mix that with some Captain America's when they pop more babies, also might try it with some unattainables as well.

I've been debating on doing this to similar type palys like, AOG with a Devils Armor etc.....

splicing might work but personally morphs are tricky with me. you can see a morph in the store under similar lighting and love it and get it home and it looks totally different or over time it changes. sometimes in good ways and sometimes in bad. who knows what fragging can to to they to. i fragged an echanada and one half looked totally different then the frag and they were next to each other

650....yup I have seen a polyp of Nukes' and Deaths' that were a combo of both colors. The combo polyp was at the area where the two colonies came together so the polyp was mother natures own doing. But the thing is they never continue the morph. The combo polyp was fragged out of the colony and if I recall right ended up only growing new Nuke' babies. You may be able to splice polyps together and have them live but I don't think they would ever reproduce with a new ongoing morph.

Not to steal a thread, but how do you splice? Just frag two different zoas and stick the open wounds together? Or cut two heads down the center and push 'em together and hope they heal together?
