Comline DOC Skimmer 9005 holding bracket

I received my skimmer today from Marine Depot. I attempted to install it but as you can see in the picture it came with two right "holding bracket". One is stamped with an "r" the other with a backwards "J". I was able to attach the holders provided but the rail on the left interferes with the collection cup. How do I go about getting the correct part? As can be imagined I am not starting out overly impressed here.

My apologies the "j" is actually an L for links or left and the r is for rechts or right. The problem here is they glued the j plate in upside downI can send another if you PM me an address.
