Comline skimmer attachment

Hello Roger,

I have a 54 Oceanic corner bow tank that I would like to use my comline 3145? skimmer. Problem is the over the tank rail thing will not work because the rail is too big.
Can I just attach the skimmer to the glass using suction, or is there a better way? I saw on Tunze website something I can silicon to the inside glass????

I don't understand, with the long screws in kit 3000.244 the skimmer should clamp over the trim. You could use suction cups but this is not ideal, they will fail over time.

I looked in my old box and there were the longer screws.
