Common Chalice?

Is this chalice common? Or does it demand high $?

Its a nice coral. I don't understand why $ should play a role in it

looks pretty sweet to me I gotta agree though, money shouldnt make a difference if its cool or not...although a lot of the time the expensive stuff ends up being the coolest colors : /

yea, I was thinking about it...... but a frag of it was pretty hefty, just wanted to get input to see if it was worth it.

Really neat coral, but pretty sure that is a recently brought in wild colony, so who knows what it will look like in your system? Could look better now, but maybe not. See if you can get a recent pic or shot of the frags for sale.

I think it is really nice as well. The question is how long has the seller had it in their tank....it could really change on you. I don't sell any frags off my colonies until I have had them at least 6 months...just to see what they become once they are in captivity. Of course I have only purchased a small number of colonies. I still think it is a good practice. I would definately ask how long the seller has had the colony. Good luck with it if you get it, it looks like it is a beauty.
