Common Habbit of Anemones?

Hello, I have a Ritteri Anemone, medium sized about 6-8 inches across, I was wondering, today he shrunk up like a baseball and looked horrible, I shutdown the halides and 30 minutes later he was back to his nice full and good looking size.

What does the major shrinking indicate? Should I be concerned if he does this again?

Just expelling the digested wastes. In common terms it is pooing.

I fed him silver sides a few days ago, i guess thats what he was pooing!
