Comp 1 not desolving/cloudy

Set everything up on Tuesday night. When I filled the dosing containers with the 123. I noticed that comp 1 was cloudy. Checked in the morning and it was clear but the bottom of the container was full of undissolved crystals. I drained it back into the aquaforest container and shook the crap out of it. I let it settle for an hour or so. Then filled the dosing container back up and it was cloudy again.

12 hrs later it is somewhat clear but the crystals are on the bottom again. Is anyone else having this issue? Should I be concerned? What element isn't dissolving? If it gets picked up by the dosing tube and brought into the system undissolved will that hurt anything that it lands on?

Sorry for the crappy photo

Same issue here, I had all my components changed by Greg here in the UK as comp 1 was really bad. The new batch it isn't quite so bad but still cloudy a bit and as you say a slight sediment is settling at the bottom of the container.

My comp 1 has a yellow sediment that settles in the bottom of the container as well. But it isn't cloudy that I can tell

The issue is that we need to know what it is. If it is the calcium crystals not dissolving all the way then our parameters will start to get out of wack. I will leave it alone only because Perry says it will all be ok. But I still think that AF needs to address this.

The factory has seen photos and is aware. This is ok to use with no harm, but are working to correct this concern.

Comp 1 is cloudy for me too, and gets a white sediment on the bottom. I was never concerned about it.

Fwiw, I just took receipt of 3 new jugs and oddly the Comp 1 is not nearly as cloudy as the last jug.

As I am told this is Iron settling on the bottom of the container, this is normal as far as I understand. Sorry for the delay.

Could this be the reason that I am having issues with my greens? Most of my greens have all but gone since the start of AF.

Perry. Would you check out the thread I started in the sps forums please. I have a pic of one of my tabling acros that is doing weird things.
