Completely OT...Pima County building code Q?

Hey,

So I've got a quick question for anybody that's familar with Pima County building codes.

How tall does a fence around a pool have to be?

I've got a pond, and I know since it's more than 2' deep it has to have a fence around it. It's been something I've been meaning to do, but since we just got a chocolate lab puppy, now I really want to put up a fence around the pond.

Here is something I found

"Be entirely enclosed by at least a five-foot wall, fence or other barrier as"

But also unless you plan on swimming in your pond you dont have to put up a fence according to code and just put up a puppy fence

"A body of water intended for swimming, eighteen or more inches in depth at any point
and eight feet or more in length or width."

But I this is all I know, as from google, not from my personal knowledge
