and I think half of them are asian.

ahah

What does it mean when my computer is driving hard then I hear beeping and it auto reboots? Keep in mind, this computer is new.

it can mean a lot of things, first that come to mind would be over heating. check CPU fan and any other fans available. The beep you hear is probably the same beep you hear from the "POST" test. Another would be, did you add any new hardware conflict if you added new hardware prior to the problem.

Is it a Branded comp or a custom comp?

:lolspin: User Error ??? :lolspin:

Most likely it's hardware problem. Any new HW or SW installed???

no new hw or sw installed. This is a customed built one. It could be overheating, but the huge fan is set on high while there are other fans on the cpu and video card.

It would sound like its driving really hard, then i hear a couple of beep, lag and BOOT!

Have you changed any settings in the BIOS? Does it actually boot up to the OS? What OS are you running? Who built your custommed PC?

If you have not changed any settings in the BIOS or added any new s/w or h/w - check your CPU fan and see if it's actually running? The first thing that usually heats up is the CPU - if it's heat that your dealing with.

How old is that PC? Any warranty?

check you keyboard. pc will beep if the keyboard is disconnected.

I'm not sure a stuck keyboard will cause a system to go down and reboot it self. It'll just keep beeping - even for a day. One of our user's left a book on top her keyboard and it beep'ed the whole night till the next day.

Perry, not trying to start anything....:D

Alvin, I'm talking about a disconnected keyboard.

You can also try to reboot your system and while rebooting press F8. Then go to safe mode.

Are you overclocking a gamer box? Reset your bios parameters, mem timings, etc to conservative values and see if the system still reboots.

How many fan does it have? Does it feel hot when it shutdown? How many pieces of memory in there?

Something you can try for now ..open it up and reseat the memories and all the cables see if that help.

seems like hardware problems. it could be anything (memory/mb/hard drive, etc.). Most the time, problem like this is memory.
