Concentrating Phytoplankton.

I am currently upgrading my 29 to a 180. I used to culture phyto and am planning on doing it again soon. The plan is to dose phyto to my tank via dosing pump but I would like to concentrate the different strains down before I dose it. Does anyone have an effective way to do this?
