Concern about nano 6055 purchase...

after reading a few threads in this forum, Im a little concerned about finalizing a purchase of 2 of these pumps. For $200 each they sonud like a great pump according to the specs but if I expirence broken mounting tabs or swollen mag. shafts, will the parts be replased?? If the mounting tabs break, will the whole pump be replased
??

If the mounting tabs break you will get a replacement mounting bracket. Tunze has redesigned the bracket which is separate from the pump and magnets and it will be available in a couple weeks. The pumps have a 2 year warranty on them and Roger who deals with US warranty repairs is about as good as they get when it comes customer service.

The only issue with these now is the clamps, the clamp issue will be resolved by a new clamp we should start getting in next week. If you wait a few weeks you will likely get one with the new clamp and should not have any trouble.

i agree, i have had some problems with my 6045 but roger has been very helpful in fixing them.

You will not find any better customer support than what you get from Roger at Tunze. I will continue to buy Tunze products.
