Concerned about my yellow tang

I was wondering if anybody out there has ever had there yellow tang look like this. He has been like this for the past 2 weeks! He has no problem going to the bathroom, eating normally and is acting completely normal so not sure why he is so fat!! He is the only one that is this big!! It looks like he swallowed a golf ball!I am wondering if it is a parasite. If so what do you think I should treat him with??

Bumping this for you; I was going to suggest the disease forum too. I've never seen anything like that. And you said that there is no change in his behavior?

No he or she is acting 100% normal I am stumped. I want to treat it but don't know what to treat it for

Thanks. I really want to fix him! I have lots of fish and he's the only one that looks like that. He is a acting 100% normal and eating
And going to bathroom are all normal! I thought maybe it was pregnant! That would be nice but I dought it! I'll keep everybody posted!!

Any update on how this guy is doing?

Found out what it was! It's called dropsy. He died after 2 days in hospital tank. I think the stress of the move plus having dropsy was to much for the little guy! :-(
