Concerned about order

An order shipped out yesterday for delivery today, but it apparently was held up in IN. Tracking showed the package arriving in TN this afternoon. And the final destination is WI. IT is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, but now I wonder if it will still make it here tomorrow?

Tracking # is 917215660490

Klasiksb,

Thank you for your order and for bringing your concern to our attention. Federal Express has been working with us today in regards to weather related order delays. Due to the delay on your order, Federal Express found it necessary to send the order to TN, however we are confident your order will be delivered tomorrow, February 14. We would also like to assure you that all or our live items are packed for a 72-hour transit time, in case of delays.

We recommend doubling the acclimation time. Our concern is for the well being of the fish and your satisfaction.

Please let us know how your items are doing after arrival. Your 100% satisfaction will always be covered by your guaranty with us.
You may contact us at 800-562-7169 or techsupport@drsfostersmith.com.

I went to the Fedex office this morning because I had an additional package coming in as well, and they said the package from you won't be here today.

Klasiksb,

After speaking to our Federal Express representative this morning we found there has been another delay with your package. This is due to the extended severe weather delay in your area. Your package is not scheduled to arrive at your local Federal Express location until late tonight or early tomorrow morning.

Once you receive your package we ask that you please still double the acclimation time and call our LiveAquaria Customer Service department with any concerns you may have. Of course our 14-Day guarantee still applies to your order. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

I will do that and let you know.

It's funny, because I had a second package leave IN last night and it made it here this morning. It's times like these that make me think cave men are running Fed-ex.

I recieved my package just before 1pm. The water was 42 degrees and I am acclimating them now. We'll see what happens.

After about 2.5 hours of acclimation, there were no signs of life. :(

I already talked with customer service and have everything squared away.
