they look like tulip anem to me but i could be way off lol

I hope you are right because this rock is in the one tank I don't have in my display tank water column.
I would love to put this rock in the display tank because they seem self contained for the last two months and look very nice

I use this tank for qting and presently their is a cbb in there but it hasn't touched them

if they are tulips DONT PUT IN DT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i cant stress that enough i just went to pick some stuff up from a guy taking his tank down he baught a rock with 4 of those on it.....one year later THE ENTIRE TANK WAS COVERED in them....they will kill all ur corals by growing RIGHT over them i suggest u get it out of there asap...o he had 3 tanks connceted to one sump i should also tellu they where ALL over the other tanks as well, i mean it was BAD how many of them there was!!

thanks but it is ok in that the tank they are in is not part of the main system and it substitutes as a fowlr when not being used for qting new fish

as long as u dont mind them being everywhere in a small amout of time

I am puzzled by that---I've had that rock in there two months now and the population of anemone has stayed the same

I put a green tip anemone in with the two mated clowns at the same time(it was all part of a deal) and it has split twice

hmm weird well like i said im not 100% sure thats not what they are BUT if they are this guys said it took about 6 months then BAM his entire tank was covered when i saw this tank i mean WOW its was badddd
