congrats to the both of you, but i always thought woman can only take delivery not men :lol: she beautiful and big too as i hope one day i can get a girl, but after 4 attempt nothing but boys.

She will get to "play" with our 380... no need for her own nano . But we do have a couple of corals already that will be "hers", to be added once things settle back down at least a little bit . They are more or less her very first B'day presents from some geat local reefers

This just means that I now have two others to fight with for use of the tank budget... as it is it is already a challenge to get any of the tank budget for myself before my wife spends it on her zoos and yumas .

BTW, both mother and daughter both made it home safe and sound yesterday afternoon. Thanks to all that called to wish us congratulations and apologies to any I may have fallen asleep on the phone with

Looks like yours and our family will be going through the baby cycles at the same time . We actually just missed you at Erik's house a couple of months ago (before either of our wives had delivered ).

now that's beautiful, and i remember how it was for our first boy 6 lbs 10oz 21". she has a pretty nose just like her mom. i will show this pic to my wife hopefully she will change her mind, hehe. maybe not

Hey Tom,
Shelby is doing good. She just got her first set of shots yesterday and she is recovering. That wasn't fun. It's crazy how you turn into a baby person when you have one. Before Shelby was born I didn't really like babies much. Now they all look so cute. I guess you have to experience them to see how fun they are.

I know what you mean about posting pics. I didn't post too many because I think people will think it's annoying. After seeing yours I know it's not. Maybe we should start a BAR baby pics thread. I would love to see everyones little ones.

i dont think pics are annoying. i love my kids from the day all of them was born, just click on my gallery to view them. we always pull out the photo album and remind the kids how they all grew so fast on us.

Thanks Best of luck on yrou quest for a daughter . I know that right now my wife has pretty much sworn off the possibility of any more kids... ever, but it is still quite soon after the delivery, so time will tell for us

If you start a thread or forum for BAR baby pictures over on the BAR forum, post the info here (this is about the only thread we are subscribed to right now, and we don't have much time to surf around, if you know what I mean ).

P.S. After your comments now I am worried about when it comes time for our first round of shots . I know that often the vaccines are pretty nasty stuff in their own right (but still better than what they help prevent).
