Connecting 2 Battery Backups?

Hi, it says on the sticker on the bottom of my battery backup that if one connects two battery backups together it will double the run time of the pump its connected to.
I'm curious how does one connect two battery backups together?
I see two outputs and 1 input on the bottom of the battery and I don't know how to hook them together.
Any help will be much appreciated.

If you own two batteries, use one of the cables to plug the output of one battery into the output of the other battery then have one of the batteries connected to the pump in the usual fashion. This will be all you need to do.
