Connection troubles

My profilux was working perfectly fine, but I accidentally deleted a file so I thought I would re-instal it (S/W). I saved the settings and reinstalled the same version of software. As far as I know nothing is different, but now I cannot connect. Before I was using "Connection 1"

Any thoughts? Driving me crazy!

Have you completely uninstalled ProfiLux control before re installing?
