Considering a clam...

I am considering purchasing a clam. What species would I be able to keep? I've looked at the maximas and the crocea clams and really like those. I have a 120 gallon with 2x 250w 10k MH and 2x 110w SuperActinic VHO. I don't add caclium right now, but I have purchased B-Ionic and ReefChili for food. I have a copperband butterfly, which concerns me, however, he has never nipped at my xenia before.

your tank size and lighting are great for Croceas and Maximas. you will definitely need to start testing and adding Ca/Alk and Mg. i would also be very cautious of the butterfly fish
