Considering selling our 90 gal. reef

Anyone interested? Not sure how best to go about it, but we'd rather not string it out too long. Would be a great opprutunity for someone looking to start a tank. Our 90 gal mixed reef has been very successful the last few years and we basically just need a break. There is an attached 30 gal refugium and 40 gal sump in the basement. (Check out some of our pictures)

Not sure. Need to do some figuring on that one. Wanted to see if anyone would be interested. I've a couple people who would like to buy just livestock, but I'd really like to sell the whole thing if we do it. It would be really difficult to catch the fish around all the rockwork and coral. (The posted pictures are a couple years old - the corals have grown). What do you think is a fair price? Interested.
