Controller for wavebox and stream

I've picked up a wavebox and a 6100, used. They both come with a controller, if I bought a multi controller will it work the wavebox.
Going to set up a peninsula tank, I have a 6060, 6100, and a wavebox that will have to work from one side of the tank. Think I'll be okay for flow, sps tank?

The wavebox has to use it's 6091 controller. Of course it would be better to have someflow on the other side, it is less than ideal but it should work.
