Convert Fish only to Reef advice

Hi,
I've been keeping marines in my fish only system for 2 years and feel it's time to convert to reef. I was hoping people could have a look at my plan and give me their opinions on what I plan to do. I'm most interested in keeping inverts with only a few small fish and my centerpiece will hopefully be a pair of percula clowns and a suitable host anenome. Heres what I have currently running.

Juwel Trigon 190 l
Juwel internal filter
Fluval 304 canister filter inc activated carbon
Prizm Skimmer.

And heres my plan, please feel free to blow any part to shreds!

- remove all tank decorations (ocean rock, fake corals, coral sand)
- remove Juwel internal filter but keep the powerhead and run that
- Add 2 Maxijet 1200's for water movement
- Replace lighting with Arcadia T5 ibar and two 24 in suitable bulbs (can anyone recommend). Is this enough light for the anenome or do I need halides?
- Add a total of 22 kg live rock, 5 kg at a time over a couple of months. I've been told indonesian is the stuff to go for?
- remove bio media from canister and run only carbon and rowphos.

After all thats done, I plan to leave the whole thing to mature for a couple of months before I start adding the inverts.

Any help would be most gratefully recieved
