Coordinator Volunteers needed for Swap

OK, I need some help. I know several of you have offered to help keep the ball rolling so Here is your chance. I need one person each to help with the below:

1. Table Coordinator
Signups for Tables and collecting the Money
all tables must be paid for up front. you can collect via your paypal then sent to club paypal or have them go direct to club paypal. Keep a spreadsheet of who has what so know who is coming and who is not. you will need to be at the swap friday afternoon to setup and saturday morning.

2. Volunteer coordinator
To coordinate a rotation of club members to work the Entrance table, sell raffle tickets etc... you will need at least 3-4 volunteers per hour to work this.

3. Cleanup Coordinator
This person will get volunteers to help make sure we have the place looking better than we found it. you will need a team to help you. I will also help with this.

we dont need a food coordinator as the Church will provide refreshments.

Justin said he will do the tables. FYI, they are $20 each $10 for 1/2 table.

As i will be selling it's hard for me to do any job but the one Justin has put dibs on. If he wants to swap for something else i can do the tables/collection $$ LMK

I will be collecting the money for the tables as well keeping a list of those that are paid. So if any one has commitments from vendors please send them my information and I will deal with them directly. If we have to many people collecting monies and assigning tables it is going to turn into a big mess.

I don't mind to help in clean-up since I do not have the time to deal with handling money and coordinating tables. Clean-up I do understand and all I have to do is show up!

i may have to pull out my offering to do anything due to the currrent situation going on here, but i can still keep word of mouth going and i have a few threads going on the matter here bout the swap and also have a club from iowa that will be bring some members down to shop the swap and hopefully can have em take part in selling also
