OK, I need some help. I know several of you have offered to help keep the ball rolling so Here is your chance. I need one person each to help with the below:
1. Table Coordinator
Signups for Tables and collecting the Money
all tables must be paid for up front. you can collect via your paypal then sent to club paypal or have them go direct to club paypal. Keep a spreadsheet of who has what so know who is coming and who is not. you will need to be at the swap friday afternoon to setup and saturday morning.
2. Volunteer coordinator
To coordinate a rotation of club members to work the Entrance table, sell raffle tickets etc... you will need at least 3-4 volunteers per hour to work this.
3. Cleanup Coordinator
This person will get volunteers to help make sure we have the place looking better than we found it. you will need a team to help you. I will also help with this.
we dont need a food coordinator as the Church will provide refreshments.
