Copepod???

Hey everyone, just set up a new tank and added live rock about 2 weeks ago. Today on my lunch hour I noticed about 1,000 of these on the glass of the aquarium:

Is this something that I should be worried about? Or is this a 'good guy'?

I have seen pods before, but usually they are a lot larger. These are about the size of a piece of mechanical pencil lead.
