Copepods with bubble trap?

Hey guys I'm about to get some cheto for my sump along with some copepods, I know that the return pump will not be a problem from the posts that I read. Question is will I need to remove my bubble trap, and or chemi-pure bag? Or will they make it to my display tank? Cheers

they'll make it through nooks and carnies, and around the bag.

my advice would be to put a few in your cheato, and rest empty into live rocks in your display tank at night after lights out. I did that when i started my tank and i still have a decent population within the live rock. as long as they have some areas that fish can't get into, they'll be find.

Ok cool thanks, yeah that's what I read about adding them to the tank. To put some in the DT and some in the sump with the cheato!

just make sure to put them in after lights are out. preferably a good hr or so after. basically you want to give them time to get into the rocks before the fish gobble them up.
