Another option not mentioned would be to try and trade or by some LR with apitasia on it from local reefers to get him eating again in an attempt to fatten him up a little bit.
There isn't to many people where I live that have reef tanks, but if the guy from the lfs takes him tommorow maybe he can put him in a tank that has apitasia, cause i know they have a few tanks that do.

Oops, yea that's I meant blackworms that's what they had at the fish store not bloodworms. Anyways the lfs guy came and took the copperband while I go on vacation, so I'll give an update in the middle of August.
