Copperband fish

reef safe? eh, maybe. depends on the fish and depends on the reef. if you ask my acans, no they're not. my cbb likes to munch them. doesn't seem to bother other corals or clams though.

easy to keep? like ThRoewer indicated, that's subjective.

if you get a healthy one that eats well, give them a few small feedings a day (2 - 4 for my tank, usually totaling about 1 full cube of myses, and the occasional treat of live white worms), keep the water quality high, and make sure they're not being harassed and have adequate room, they're reasonably easy to keep.

is it a fish that i would try to keep without at least a couple years experience? no, it is not.

Reef Safe, is a maybe. I have seen some go particular at Zoas and Acans. I would not say they are 100% safe, probably not even 80%.

Some are, some are not.

Well, reef safe is a very wishy-washy definition to begin with.
And then you have to look how well everyone who reported coral attacks was feeding their fish. A hungry fish will start looking for alternatives and surely find something to eat in a reef tank.
