i have a cbs and was wondering is it possible that he is eating my nessarius snails no proof but i have that feeling he is. are they part of thier diet

if he's hungry enough he might. CBS need to be fed and not just left to scavenge

how do you feed them mine is always hiding att night he roams around but never comes out of the LR

stick some meaty food (Mysis/krill/silversides/etc...) in his near vicinity and he'll come out and snatch it up. you can also feed him the same at night when he's foraging.

Snails, other shrimp, small fish, all are on the menu for the CBS.... Heck mine tries to eat me sometimes. Definately a meat eater.
