She has been in my tank (72 gal) for a year now. No problems, other than bullying my clarki (that is twice her size). She has become quite shy over the last couple of months & not as agressive for food. She lets the others eat & hangs out behind the rocks & waits for scraps. Now, to the point. We were out of town for 3 days & this a.m. I noticed she had what looked like crusty spots, one on her pectorial (sp?) fin & 2 or 3 on each side of her body. After futher investigation, they are not actually spots, but the areas are kind of concave, like some scales are missing. The pec fin is the same. I will try to post some pics, but I seem to have a problem on this site. Can anyone tell me what this is??? Her color is good & she was actually more agressive for food this a.m., jumping in w/ the rest of them for a bite. I feed pellets soaked in garlic once a day, ocassionally mysis. Nori 2-3 times a week. Getting her out & into QT will most likely require me breaking down my entire tank ( I have 4 btas that are finally happily attached the very large rocks) Help!
