Coral beauty with lump in gill

Hello all hope someone can help, my coral beauty has a growth in her gill.
She was breathing heavy for a day and off her food but how is eating loads and pecking at the rock again. The growth hasn't changed at all and she is acting fine but I'm worried about it.

Any ideas anyone

Could be Lymphocystis. It typically grows on the fins/spines, but I've read that lymphocystis nodules may also be seen internally. So, inside a fish's gills is very possible.
