coral beauty with small whole

well ive had this coral beauty since I got the aquarium. i have knowticed within the last few days he has developed what seems to be a small hole above his right eye. Im thinking it could have something to do with his diet but im not sure. I feed nori and flake food. please help.

It sounds like the start of head and lateral line disease. Nobody seems to know for certain what causes it, but it seems to be related to inadequate diet, poor water quality and possibly stray voltage.

Try adding more variety to his diet. Some frozen mysis or prime reef, maybe some good pellets or zooplankton.
