Anyone ever heard of a hybrid between these two species? My curiosity is piqued due to having a bonded pair at the school I teach at. I did a search on the internet and didn't see any hybrids. In speaking to Copps he mentioned they are probably spawning at night when school is closed and so now I'm really curious as to what offspring would look like (or could) if these two have ever successfully hybridized.
