Coral coloring

This may be some what of a newb question:

I have a elegance coral, candycane coral, duncan head, and brain that is in question

When I got them they were a sort of off brown color kind of like the tips on a frogspawn. I had them under 4- 54w t-5 and 2 vho. Last week I changed out to leds. Under the t-5s I changed the bulbs all at once and bleached the corals. Took several weeks to fully color back up. I have been acclimating the corals under the new lights slowly. Anyway, the centers of my corals have over the past 2 months been filling with bright green fluorescence color. Is this a good thing> The leds really bring it out. I know there is suppose to be a certain portion in the corals. The brain is almost solid green with the mouth area changing to a different color. Please educate me. Am I doing good or is this a growing concern?

you are doing good! They are getting their truw colors back finally. It can take a few months for a coral to get its color back after bleaching. I have got good deals on corals because they were bleached, nursed them back and they got great color.
Luckly you noticed they were bleaching and took care of the issue before you lost something!

It is very common for corals' color to change a bit to a lot depending on their condition and the water and lighting they are currently in. Not all color shifts are positive. What you describe is typical of a coral which appears to be responding well to its new home. Color changes can take weeks or even months. Or nothing for months and then a change over a few weeks.
