Equip:

1--Pheonix 14K 250w MH DE Bulb used only 2 months!! I switched to the Ushio 14k instead. $40

3-- Ushio 400 watt MH 14K SE Bulbs used for 6-7 months!!! Plenty of color and life left. I had to buy all the bulbs to get a deal so I replaced these as well. $35 each or $90 for all 3

1-- MH Spider Reflector with Mogul Socket----$20

Yes the monitor is for sale as well. It needs a probe which is about $90 so make an offer if you want it.
