Coral Identification & frag question

I've never had a problem fragging. Usually I just seperate a stalk from the rest using a dremel cutting the rock that the cabbage is on. This way no re-attachment issues.

I've only fragged mine once, but it was pretty simple. I just took a pair of stainless steel scissors and snip-snip. I then used needle and thread to attach the frag onto a piece of rubble. There was about a week where the frag looked like it may not make it, four weeks later, it's doing very well, and the stump that I left from the original is growing back as well. These guys seem to be pretty resilient. As a matter of fact, this was my very first coral, so anything that can survive my first 5 or 6 months of blundering has to be nearly indestructible.
