Ok guys, talked to Chris and Dave and the rest of CR and they are willing to host our December meeting... I'm wanting to get a sign up down there this Wednesday, so we need a definate date...

Chris (fishdoc) has agreed to host our Christmas party on Dec. 15... Time is still TBA, but figure on around supper time...

When would you guys like to have the meeting at the CR??? It has to be before they open or after they close... So either before 11 or after 7...

Start at 9:00 or 9:30 and finish at 11:00 if it is a morning meeting??? If we start much earlier, it might be hard to start on time, (anybody willing to go to Mel's house and get her up at 7:30 or 8:00). I have a meeting each Saturday morning that starts at 7:30. I could get her up at 7:00. Could/would I survive, though, if I tried.

Mornings would work better for me.

Looks the Saturdays may have it. That Saturday is the 8th of December.

If it starts at 9:00, I will be late. My 7:30 meeting is over at 9:00. I will have new membership cards and name tags for those that have not received them yet.

The 8th is kind of a rough weekend for me because it is my Mom's birthday. Perhaps I'll swing by and take her to lunch after the meeting. Let me know when it is 100% final so we can update the website. I'll post that flyer there, too.

And email that flyer to me once you get it done -- I can't see photobuckets from work.

Scott~ The date will be firm as of tomorrow night (Tuesday)... I can only get to the CR on Wednesday to post the sign, which is why that is the cut off date for this poll is tomorrow... Besides, tomorrow night is Sushi night, and I figure we'll get a few opinions there...
