Coral Rx didn't help, what to do next?

My corals are slowly dying off. This is the seconds peice going. I tried Coral Rx and say a few tiny worms in the container but now another head is being attacked. what is the issue and what should I do next? Tank is 3 months old.

Cal 400
Alk 7.3
Mag 1320
Salinity 1.025
PH 8.14

Stray voltage? Also try Melafix Marine for a coral dip it's saved countless pieces for me. Are you running activated carbon?

Do you think it's worm related? If so, use Bayer. You could also slowly try to raise your Alk up a bit.

+1 low alkalinity can do that amongst other things, my guess is it'll start looking better if you bump it up a bit.

Guess Ill get a mutimeter and test for stray voltage. I have a bag of carbon right by my return pump inlet.

I figured it was worms since I saw them in the container when I did the Coral RX dip. Just looks like something is slowly eating away at it. I'll raise my Alk and test for stray voltage. I lost another one a month ago with the same issue in my 100g tank so I tranferred this over to my 58g. Funny thing is all the other corals are doing great, for now, except for this one.

I would double check your salinity. Low salinity can cause slow tissue loss and eventually death to some corals.
