I got some a nice 4-head frogspawn(my first LPS) the other day.. brought it home, acclimated it, got it set in a nice place in the tank..
a few hours after I got it all settled in, I did a ~15% water change...
when the new water was added(properly through the sump, not just dumping it in.. heh..), the frogspawn "slimed" quite a bit into the tank..
It's been appearing healthy since then, fully extending during daylight, flowing well in the currents, not losing any color..
So is this typical? Do they randomly let off large amounts of their slime over time?
