Coral?

I was going over the tanks of the month and have come across this picture

Can anyone tell me what this coral is called?

It's some sort of octocoral, probably a gorgonian. The identifying feature is that each polyp has eight "arms", while the Hexacorallia, which include the reef building corals in the wild and most corals in tanks (such as all SPS and LPS), only have six.
