LRS reef frenzy from ASR will hold you over...
Guess I'm lucky then, my incoming pressure is 78psi. I make 5 gallons in an hour and half, on a 50gpd unit. I did the same thing with the ro unit split off the cold line for the washing machine. Works great, and my waste water line is in the pipe for the washer waste line.
Gonna agree with soulpatch here unless you can get a closer picture or a different angle.
Looks like a little colony of tunicates to me. Kinda like spomges, but more developed. Looks like this picture:

Looks like you've got some Botrylloids tunicates, aka chain sea squirts. They're harmless filter feeders but generally don't care for high flow or much light.Yes, that is what they look like.
