Coralife Supper Skimmer 125 Mod...you think I made the riser neck in the collection cup larger I could run a better pump Gen-x 2400 neddle wheel.? I hooked up the gen-x 2400 and it way to much flow for the collection cup....just overflows

Yeah on the big thread one guy enlarged the neck to do the recirculation mod on the 220 I believe. It can be done but I am not sure if it will help in this case or not.
Here is the thread but not sure where it is I know it is there some where.

Yes I read that trend....but I think the mod was done for recirculation pump....I read somewhere else where someone used thew gen-x 2400 and added a valve to the output of the pump for this skimmer...but dont knwo where I read it....
