No.... coraline encrusts on your rock and cyano kind of floats or looks stringy. You can easily tell by taking a turkey baster and blowing on it. If it sticks it's coraline if it blows away it cyano. Also cyano usually builds up caused by poor flow.
If you had one or the other you would be able to know, cyano looks like crap and is mucky and slimy. Coraline starts as a nice deep red color and actually encrusts (IE it is hard).
