My corals recently peeling off from the stone, did this happen to anyone? How to stop? Thanks.

Yes, I can see how flesh (coenenchyme) appears to be missing from the skeleton. Those look a lot like bite marks and areas that have been consumed. Any fish nipping your corals? AEFW?

No, my fishes won't bite corals, looks like it dying, just don't know why. Need help to solve this soon. Thanks for responding

If you are not familiar with Acropora Eating Flat Worms (AEFW), I suggest you research them to be sure that's not what going on. Good luck. Hopefully you'll turn it around, whatever is going on.
 
Not sure on AEFW eating what looks like a digitata?

Looks like it could potentially be in a corner of the tank where the flow might be lower? Did anything change recently? Would help if you posted some parameters.

For now frag a branch and move it to a different area of the tank. Be sure to cover the cut completely with super glue.
