Corals that open quickly after being moved

hey all

i need corals that open quickly corals that you would take to a show that will be open with in the same day or at most one day.
i know that leathers are out and soem say xenia will open in one day. i need names so i can know wich to bring or order if i dont have them.

It depends more on water conditions and shipping stresses, as well as individual reactions to those. There is no coral that will invariably open up fast. The key is happy, healthy corals. If you can have properly aged water of the same salinity, pH, and temperature as your holding system, bring along corals that have settled in well (i.e not ones you brought in that day or the day before), and you should do well.

The fastest open Corals I have found are Zoos...and palys
Even after shipment from other parts of the world
this guys open with in hours of being introduced to tanks.
second to Leathers and last but not least Clams......However with clams, lights and H20 chemistry are vital.....

mushrooms? I dont think they can "close". xenia will open if it is happy with water conditions, but might be shocked by very intense lighting.
