Coralvue dimmable ballast

i just picked up one of these tonight along with a lumen bright reflector. I was told that the ballasts were about a year old.
Anyone used these ballasts? How are they? Anything i should look out for?


I wasnt really planning on using MH for this tank, but it was a deal i couldnt refuse.

I have been running a 250 CoralVue Dimmable since March. Great ballast, no problems. Like the ability to dim on Hot days. I was using a Reeflux 20k, switched over to a Radium. I like the color of the Radium better, jmo. My tank is Zoa;s only.
